VRSF BMW N55 135i/335i E8X E9X (2010-2013) Catless Downpipes

This 3.5in downpipe upgrade is the best bang-for-buck modification available for the N55 135i and 335i/xi. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converter in the factory downpipe, backpressure is significantly reduced, resulting in faster turbo spool, a genuine increase in power (20-25hp with a tune), and a more aggressive exhaust note.

A unique CFD-optimised cast merge collector offers the smoothest available turbo-to-midpipe transition, and every downpipe is hand-crafted from TIG-welded, mandrel-bent 304-grade stainless steel with CNC-machined flanges. The downpipe now includes ceramic coating at no extra cost, using Cerakote's thermal barrier coating to keep hot exhaust gases contained rather than radiating into the engine bay, genuinely helping reduce intake air temps alongside coolant and transmission oil temperatures. High-quality replacement hardware and mid-pipe gaskets are included as standard.
