VRSF BMW N54 E9X 335i xDrive Catless Downpipes

These 3in downpipes are the best bang-for-buck modification available for the N54 xDrive platform, with genuine gains ranging from 25-30hp when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, backpressure is significantly reduced, resulting in faster turbo spool, a genuine increase in power, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Hand-crafted from mandrel-bent, TIG-welded 3in stainless steel with smooth radius bends to decrease turbulence and increase flow, these downpipes are specifically engineered for the 335xi's AWD-specific exhaust routing, distinct from the standard rear-wheel-drive N54 downpipe. Grade 12 installation hardware and mid-pipe gaskets are included with purchase, and VRSF's mounting hardware has been upgraded to Grade 12 nuts and bolts across the board, a significant upgrade over the original Grade 8 bolts at no additional cost.
