VRSF BMW N54 135i/335i RWD High-Flow Catted Downpipes

These 3in downpipes are the best bang-for-buck modification available for the N54, with genuine gains of 25-30hp and 30tq when tuned. By replacing the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes with a high-flow design, backpressure is significantly reduced, resulting in faster turbo spool, a genuine increase in power, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Rather than necking down closer to the turbos the way most competitor downpipes do, these feature a full 3in design right up to the 2.5in flange, allowing a genuine increase in flow. A CAD/CAM-designed cast bell mouth provides a seamless flange-to-pipe transition, hand-made from mandrel-bent, TIG-welded 3in 304-grade stainless steel with smooth radius bends to decrease turbulence. Each kit includes heavy-duty Grade 12 bolts, nuts, and washers, along with two mid-pipe gaskets.

Important fitment note: this catted version is limited to LHD fitments only. If you need RHD fitment, VRSF's catless version of this downpipe fits both LHD and RHD.

Recommended alongside this purchase: the turbo-to-downpipe clamp and gasket, sold separately, not required for installation but highly recommended if your original accessories have more than 50-60k miles.
