FTP Motorsport BMW N55 (F-Series) Charge Pipe Kit

BMW's factory charge pipe on the N55 is made from brittle plastic, a known weak point genuinely prone to failure under increased boost pressure, critical if you're looking to crank up power with an aftermarket tune. FTP Motorsport's Charge Pipe Kit replaces this factory piece with a mandrel-bent aluminium alternative, engineered specifically to maximise flow and improve reliability at the same time.

The precision CNC-machined MAP sensor flange guarantees a secure, airtight connection to prevent boost leaks, while the throttle body flange is also precision CNC machined for a leak-free boost connection at that end of the system. A built-in 1/8" NPT bung is included for methanol or nitrous injection, and the kit comes complete with a new replacement O-ring and C-clip for a proper, leak-free installation. The increased piping diameter throughout reduces turbulence, delivering a smoother, more efficient flow of charge air into the engine.

Important fitment note: this kit does NOT fit the F25 X3 or F26 X4 chassis. Confirm your exact model before ordering.
