Eventuri Mercedes-Benz GLC63S AMG Carbon Fibre Intake System

The culmination of extensive development and testing, Eventuri's Carbon Fibre Intake System for the GLC63/GLC63S was built around three clear objectives: increased flow rate, low intake temperatures, and genuinely smooth airflow. The first was met by using every inch of the limited space available in the GLC63S engine bay, achieving up to a 39% higher flow rate than the stock system. The second was met with a fully sealed design - critical given how close the turbos sit to the intake, rapidly heat-soaking this engine bay. The third was met with an organically shaped system using custom rounded panel filters, ensuring the airflow path contains no sharp corners to disrupt laminar flow.

With all three objectives met, the turbos generate boost more efficiently, delivering improved throttle response and genuine power gains that scale with tuning level. Two-part airbox assemblies - upper and lower sections separated by filter panels - were meticulously designed for maximum internal volume while ensuring a smooth path for airflow to travel to the turbos. Flow bench testing confirmed 531 CFM versus 381 CFM stock per airbox on average, translating to a dyno-proven gain of 10-12hp/12-15ft-lb stock, climbing to 22-30hp/20-24ft-lb at Stage 2.
