The factory flexible intake hose creates turbulence and drag; Eventuri's design replaces it with a seamless, direct path from filter to turbo inlet tube, engineered to eliminate that drag entirely. Engine movement is catered for by the inlet tube itself, which can move within the sealed airbox while maintaining the heat seal - a genuinely clever detail rather than a compromise. The result is a measured gain of 14hp and 15ft-lb, with a lower wastegate duty cycle letting the turbo reach peak boost more quickly, plus sharper throttle response across the rev range.
