The duct follows the same lines as the stock headlamp housing, with two carbon air guides smoothly channelling incoming air into the secondary connecting duct, and vents positioned on the surface perpendicular to oncoming airflow specifically to minimise drag. Eventuri tested this on track at speeds exceeding 190mph, confirming the air feed advantage outweighs any additional drag for a genuine net gain in track times. Because the duct replaces the main intake duct that normally sits against the slam panel inside the engine bay, that space is freed up as an additional source of engine cooling.
