Dorch Engineering S55 Lift Kit - HPFP Upgrade

Rather than offering a standard HPFP upgrade for the S55 platform, Dorch Engineering went back to the drawing board to develop a higher-flowing, easier-to-tune solution that genuinely saves significant money over traditional HPFP upgrades. The result pushes +38% more fuel flow out of your existing OEM high-pressure fuel pumps, without replacing them entirely.

The process starts with genuine BMW vacuum pump cores, into which Dorch Engineering installs their proprietary cam within the OEM assembly, using their own manufacturing tooling and validation equipment. Because the S55 uses some of the smallest fuel pump cams in the entire Bosch lineup, this additional flow is achieved without sacrificing the longevity or reliability of the OEM pumps. There's no cutting, no bending, no crimping, this kit drops right in like a factory part, and genuinely does not require any special tuning to get up and running, all the safety and sophistication of the stock DME remains intact. Capable of delivering up to 2,100 cc/rev, this kit lets you push your S55 fueling further while maintaining genuine system reliability.

In order to see the true benefit of this kit, it's highly recommended to also upgrade to the larger S63 EU5 injectors, readily available genuine OEM BMW injectors proven to support up to 800whp on full E85.
