Dorch Engineering N55 DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP Upgrade

Dorch Engineering's widely successful "Dorch Stage 2" (DS2) pump has now been replaced by their latest and greatest creation, the DS25, a completely redesigned and optimised-from-the-ground-up "Stage 2.5" solution. Externally, the pump packaging has been updated for improved hose routing and easier installation. Internally, the pressure chamber, spring rates, and plunger depth have all been reworked, with the pump's volumetric efficiency fully optimised, resulting in the most reliable and highest-flowing N55 pump on the market getting even more reliable and even more flow.

The DS25 is engineered to run efficiently all the way up to 250 bar, specifically to maximise the flow potential of upgraded DI injectors, achieving up to 1000whp on gasoline and 770whp on E85. Just like the previous DS2, there's no cutting, no bending, no crimping, this kit drops right in with full control from the DME, exactly like the OEM pump, with all the safety and sophistication of the stock system remaining intact. Everything needed for installation is included, right down to a 250-bar-capacity hardline connecting the HPFP to your fuel rail.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using MHD or Bootmod3, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering directly for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.

If your power goals extend beyond the DS25 alone, it can be paired with Dorch Engineering's N55 Lift Kit (sold separately, PWG or EWG specific) for even greater fuel flow.
