Dorch Engineering N55 DS15 Stage 1.5 HPFP Upgrade

Dorch Engineering's widely successful "Dorch Stage 1" (DS1) pump has now been replaced by their latest creation, the DS15, a completely redesigned and optimised-from-the-ground-up "Stage 1.5" solution. Externally, the pump packaging has been updated for improved hose routing and easier installation. Internally, the pressure chamber, spring rates, and plunger depth have all been reworked, with the pump's volumetric efficiency fully optimised.

This is now a genuinely 250-bar capable pump, with real gains already achievable at 200 bar. It's a complete plug-and-play kit to support up to 550whp on E10 fuel (this figure varies depending on tuning strategy and ethanol blend). Just like the previous DS1, there's no cutting, no bending, no crimping, this kit drops right in with full control from the DME, exactly like the OEM pump, with all the safety and sophistication of the stock system remaining intact. Everything needed for installation is included, right down to a 250-bar-capacity hardline connecting the HPFP to your fuel rail.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using MHD or Bootmod3, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering directly for the appropriate software changes via WinOLS.

Genuinely useful to know: unlike the higher-tier DS25, the DS15 has no minimum power requirement, making it the sensible default choice if you're planning to pair it with Dorch Engineering's N55 Lift Kit (sold separately) without chasing extreme power targets.
