Dorch Engineering B58 Gen 2 DS3 Stage 3 HPFP Upgrade

After significant R&D, Dorch Engineering releases the highest-flowing single-pump solution on the market for the B58 Gen 2, the DS3 (Dorch Stage 3). This is genuinely their largest bore size and highest-flowing pump to date, supporting incredible power potential with just a simple HPFP swap, delivering 20% more fuelling capacity than the DS25.

It remains the same reliable, OEM drop-in solution you'd expect from Dorch Engineering, no cutting, no bending, no crimping, with an included OEM-quality 350-bar high-pressure fuel line. This kit drops right in with full control retained from the DME, exactly like the factory pump. Combined with Dorch's own injectors and one of their camshaft solutions, this genuinely opens the door to never-before-seen, 4-digit direct-injection power. The numbers: 950whp on gasoline, 800whp on E50, 700whp on E85 at the DS3 alone (350 bar), climbing to 1150whp gasoline, 1000whp E50, 870whp E85 when paired with a 27% cam upgrade.

Important: while the S58 OEM injectors pair well as a budget-friendly option with the DS25, the DS3 requires larger injectors to reach its full potential, factor this into your build plan.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using Bootmod3 or MHD, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing (availability may vary). Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering for the appropriate implementation via WinOLS.

If you already have an ethanol sensor installed, simply choose the correct chassis fitment and note "ECA HOSES" in your order notes.
