Dorch Engineering B58 Gen 2 DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP Upgrade

Internally, the entire pump body, spring rates, and plunger depth have been reworked, with volumetric efficiency fully optimised. The result is the same consistent, extremely reliable HPFP solution Dorch is known for, but now running at 350 bar operating pressures specifically for Gen 2 B58 compatibility.

Flow potential reaches 770whp on gasoline and 560whp on E85 with the DS25-350 alone, climbing to 950whp on gasoline and 710whp on E85 when paired with a 27% cam upgrade. To fully utilise the pump, higher-flow injectors are recommended, the OEM S58 injectors offer a genuine 30% increase in flow and pair well as a budget-friendly option. There's no cutting, no bending, no crimping, this kit drops right in with full control from the DME, exactly like the OEM pump, with all the safety and sophistication of the stock system remaining intact. A genuinely useful detail: OEM hose routing means zero interference when changing coil packs or spark plugs down the line.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using Bootmod3 or MHD, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering directly for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.
