After significant R&D, Dorch Engineering releases the highest-flowing single-pump solution on the market for the B58 Gen 1, the DS3 (Dorch Stage 3). This is genuinely their largest bore size and highest-flowing pump to date, supporting incredible power potential with just a simple HPFP swap, delivering 20% more fuelling capacity than the DS25.

It remains the same reliable, OEM drop-in solution you'd expect from Dorch Engineering, no cutting, no bending, no crimping, with an included OEM-quality 250-bar high-pressure fuel line. This kit drops right in with full control retained from the DME, exactly like the factory pump. A genuinely useful detail carried over from the DS25: OEM hose routing means zero interference when changing coil packs or spark plugs. The numbers: 860whp on gasoline, 725whp on E50, 630whp on E85 at the DS3 alone (250 bar), climbing to 1150whp gasoline, 1000whp E50, 870whp E85 when paired with a 40% cam upgrade, matching the same ultimate ceiling as the Gen 2 platform via a different operating pressure and cam ratio.

Combine this with Dorch's own injectors and a cam solution, and this genuinely opens the door to never-before-seen, 4-digit direct-injection power.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering directly for the appropriate implementation via WinOLS.
