Dorch Engineering B58 Gen 1 DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP Upgrade

From the creators of the world's first B58 direct-injection fuelling upgrades, Dorch Engineering's widely successful "Dorch Stage 2" (DS2) pump has been replaced by their next generation of pumps, the DS25. This new pump is their "Stage 2.5," completely redesigned and optimised from the ground up. Externally, the packaging has been updated to provide exact OEM hose routing, meaning zero interference when changing out coil packs or spark plugs.

Flow potential reaches 750whp on gasoline and 550whp on E85 with the DS25-250 alone, climbing to 1000whp on gasoline and 770whp on E85 when paired with Dorch's 40% cam upgrade for this platform. There's no cutting, no bending, no crimping, this kit drops right in with full control from the DME, exactly like the OEM pump, with all the safety and sophistication of the stock system remaining intact. The kit includes a genuine 250-bar-capacity hardline, effortlessly connecting the HPFP to your fuel rail rather than the time-consuming, potentially damaging process of bending and adapting the OEM line to fit.

Software changes are required to run this pump. If using Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher, simply select the pump upgrade option when flashing. Otherwise, send your .BIN file to Dorch Engineering directly for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.
