do88 VAG MQB 1.8 / 2.0 TSI Inlet Hose

Always remember that the OEM turbo inlet pipe and hoses were designed for the power level the car was built for originally, and a power increase may cause the OEM pipe and hoses to fall short of the performance you need. do88's Turbo Inlet Pipe is designed for the best possible airflow to the turbocharger, better airflow means better efficiency and more power, and already after an engine software tune, this pipe will give a genuine performance increase over the OEM version.

The numbers: a larger 76mm diameter than the OEM's 70mm, resulting in a 35% larger flow area, and 25% higher airflow at 75mbar/1.09psi pressure drop (514 CFM versus 410 CFM stock). The pipe is made from aluminium with a CNC-machined turbo flange, PCV port, and bracket, featuring a flow-optimised radius for smooth transition. The flow-optimised silicone hose has a stepped inner design that matches connections precisely to reduce turbulence, using a steel wire-reinforced hose compatible with either the OEM or do88's own airbox lid.

Important: this product will NOT fit cars fitted with an air mass meter. Confirm your car's exact configuration before ordering.
