The complete charge air cooling solution for the earlier Porsche 911 (991.1) Turbo and Turbo S, sharing the same proven engineering as do88's Gen 2 BigPack for the later 991.2. This package includes do88's motorsport-grade intercoolers and a high-flow Y-pipe, complete with all hoses and accessories needed for installation.
The intercoolers use a motorsport-grade Bar & Plate core from Garrett, replacing the OEM tube-and-fin design entirely, paired with 3D freeform-designed cast end tanks and lightweight prepreg carbon fibre ambient air ducts. The high-flow Y-pipe uses mandrel-bent aluminium construction with a cast collector joint, genuinely reducing backpressure through the system. Together, the kit delivers a significant reduction in inlet air temperature and a real increase in airflow over the factory setup.
