do88 Porsche 911 Carrera / S / GTS / Turbo (992) Pressure Hoses

A hose kit developed by do88 specifically to replace the OEM turbo/intercooler system hoses, genuine flimsy points in the factory setup that benefit from a proper upgrade. Crafted from mandrel-bent 63mm (2.5in) aluminium piping, this kit offers genuinely improved airflow and better perseverance over time compared to the factory hoses, wrapped up in a matte black, structured powder coating for a premium, long-lasting finish.

As a finishing touch, the kit comes with matte black silicone hoses, and the turbo outlet hoses specifically are made from a high-temperature spec material capable of handling 240°C (464°F) continuous temperature. The hose clamps used in this position are the "constant tension" type, meaning they genuinely compensate for temperature fluctuations in the material rather than loosening over repeated heat cycles. do88 used 3D scanning to generate a precise 3D model in a CAD environment, reworking the piping and hoses for radiuses and angles many times over until there was no more room for improvement.
