do88 Porsche 911 Carrera / S / GTS (992) Intercooler Kit

The world's first complete 992 intercooler package, genuinely do88's most complex product ever. If you ask do88, this is as good as an intercooler kit can be made for this platform. No rock has been left unturned in the quest for maximum performance in every section of the system. The starting point is cores from renowned Garrett Motorsport, incredibly well-made with thin, densely stacked fins, built exactly to do88's specification in balancing cooling and airflow.

The end tanks are made from thin, cast aluminium to keep weight down while still optimising airflow. To accommodate the thicker core, the factory air guides are replaced with carbon ducts made from the best quality material, and to remove bottlenecks throughout the system, the intercooler connections are enlarged and paired with do88 silicone hoses designed with soft, sweeping bends. The numbers: 919 CFM versus 820 CFM stock at 0.175 bar/2.54psi pressure drop, a genuine 12% higher airflow, and a 9°C lower inlet air temperature under identical conditions (30°C versus 39°C stock), verified using do88's own Superflow SF-1020 flow bench. Real-world back-to-back testing on a closed airstrip, using an AIM race logger across five consecutive full-throttle runs (50-250km/h) in a 450hp Carrera S, backs this up directly.

Please select your rear bumper type at checkout: Standard (ICM-360-C) or SportDesign/GTS Package bumper (ICM-360-SD), the SportDesign/GTS bumper (equipment codes 2D1, 2D4, 2D5, VM2, VM3) has a cooling air outlet positioned between the exhaust pipes, requiring a different kit configuration.

Please note: if your car has the factory Noise Generator (Soundsystem), which normally passes induction sound from the intercooler through to the cabin, it will not be in use once this intercooler kit is fitted.
