The intercooler and Y-pipe are excellent products individually, but assembled together they form a genuinely more powerful unit, delivering lower inlet temperatures and increased flow while reducing backpressure throughout the system. The intercoolers use Bar & Plate cells of motorsport quality from Garrett, 3D freeform-designed cast tanks, and specially designed carbon fibre air guides, with connections enlarged to a full 70mm to maximise flow and eliminate bottlenecks. The Y-pipe is made from 63mm mandrel-bent aluminium pipes with an elegant cast collector part and two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT connections for methanol injection or a boost pressure sensor.
The numbers: 41% higher airflow at 0.025 bar/0.36psi pressure drop (366 CFM versus 260 CFM stock).
