do88 Audi RS3 (8V/8Y) / TT RS (8S) Chargepipes

The OEM charge pipes on the RS3/TT RS are far from optimal from an airflow standpoint, with several narrow, tight, flow-reducing bends throughout the system. do88's charge pipe kit is significantly bigger with smooth transitions, offering a genuine 31% increase in airflow (638 CFM versus the OEM's 440 CFM at 150mbar/2.17psi), and includes every pipe and hose needed to and from the intercooler.

On the hot side (turbo to intercooler), a large 70mm (2¾in) mandrel-bent aluminium pipe replaces the OEM's restrictive, flat-design section between the engine and inner wheelhouse, finished in a discreet matte black powder coat for a sleek, long-lasting look. On the cold side, a cast aluminium charge pipe runs all the way from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, eliminating two potential leak points found in the factory design. This pipe features a substantial 86mm hose connection to the intercooler (versus the OEM's 64mm), matched to the inner diameter of do88's own Performance Intercooler for a genuinely smooth transition. Two CNC-machined 1/8 NPT connections are included for methanol injection or a boost pressure sensor. All hoses are reinforced with 4 layers to handle high boost pressures and temperatures, with a stepped inner design at pipe connections to reduce turbulence, and a specially designed silicone hose for the BOV valve is included, with an adapter for BOV recirculation on 2019+ cars.
