do88 Audi RS3 (8V/8Y) / TT RS (8S) BeastFlow Closed Intake System

Taking on the amazing, five-cylinder roaring RS3/TT RS engine, do88 set out clear targets for this system: genuine output capability up to the hefty 1000hp mark, removing all bottlenecks by significantly increasing filter and pipe diameter, and, uniquely for this Closed version, fully enclosing the system to keep heat out entirely. With these three elements often combined but seldom properly optimised together, do88 went all in. To date, this is probably the biggest intake system for the TT RS and RS3 on the market.

Crafted from the highest quality, vacuum-infused, prepreg carbon fibre (2x2mm twill), the system connects to the front via a large scoop, ensuring the engine is fed with genuinely cool, low-IAT air rather than heat-soaked engine bay air. A large 152mm (6in) performance air filter from BMC is washable and reusable for long-term service life. The system produces an enhanced induction sound from the turbocharger and diverter valve, with a smooth design free of sharp bends or restrictions for improved throttle and boost response.

The kit comes in four configuration layouts depending on your turbo setup:

1. Intake system alone, connects to the OEM cast inlet pipe
2. With do88's Turbo inlet hose and a CNC adapter (56.3mm) for the OE turbo
3. With do88's inlet hose configured for TTE 777/855 hybrid turbos
4. Additional hybrid/big-turbo configurations, confirm exact options with your supplier

Independent flow bench testing confirmed the inlet pipe alone offers a 12% airflow increase, climbing to 65% with the do88 4.5in inlet hose (strongly recommended combination), with other sources showing figures up to 84% depending on the exact combination tested. On a Stage 1-tuned RS3 8V (DAZA engine), this translated to a documented +25hp/+25Nm gain.

Please note: on 8Y models, the plastic OE air filter box bracket must be modified for fitment.
