The 2-row, 42mm dual core uses CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. Rather than a regular oval "O"-shaped tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube shaped like a "B", carefully formed and brazed over the seam to seal. This increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes versus one large tube within the same space, and allows CSF to use thinner, lighter aluminium with better cooling efficiency, since this design is actually stronger than normal welded "O"-shaped tubes. An ultra-efficient fin with a 6.5mm fin height and multi-louvered design maximises surface area contact, with fin specifications carefully measured and wind-tunnel tested for this specific application. This is a true drop-in fit design requiring no modifications to install, with OE-style brackets all CNC machined and welded for genuine durability, and inlet/outlet connections designed to match the OE connections so you can reuse factory or aftermarket hoses.
