CSF Toyota GR Yaris / GR Corolla High-Performance Radiator

The GR Corolla has become one of the most popular hot hatches on the market, especially among track enthusiasts. Its 1.6L three-cylinder turbo motor, shared with the GR Yaris, is a genuine engineering marvel and offers plenty of room for growth, and pairing that with the all-wheel-drive system, great suspension, and a stiff chassis, you have a near perfect track machine. Following the success of CSF's Stepped-Core Intercoolers for this platform, demand grew quickly for a matching performance radiator, since with more owners turning the power up and pushing these cars harder, the factory cooling system starts to show its limitations.

The original OE radiator is a plastic tank with a single-row aluminium core, generally accepted as good quality and durable, using 5mm fins that made the factory system fairly efficient for a stock unit. CSF's replacement builds on that with the latest 5mm fin technology across a larger core, significantly increasing the heat exchange surface area for improved cooling efficiency and recovery while still maintaining good airflow. Because the intercooler is mounted directly in front of the radiator, all the heat shed by that system passes straight through it, and in racing applications this can be genuinely detrimental to engine coolant temperatures, risking a trip into limp mode. Bigger turbos and more power only make this worse, generating considerably more heat that needs to be dissipated. CSF's radiator is designed as a true drop-in fit, with CNC-machined brackets and OE-matching connections so you can reuse factory or aftermarket hoses.
