CSF Subaru WRX (VB) 2022+ High-Performance Radiator

The Subaru WRX has always been a fantastic performance car, and the 2022+ VB model is no different. While some enthusiasts were disappointed the STI wasn't returning, many will find the WRX more capable than expected, its larger 2.4L Flat Four (FA24) has similar potential to the old STI's 2.5L EJ25, and Subaru has genuinely race-proven the motor at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring and in numerous rally events. Out of the box, the VB WRX is well engineered and capable, but the factory cooling system starts to show real limitations once pushed hard on track or when tuning enters the picture.

The 42mm, 2-row aluminium core increases fluid capacity by over 1 gallon (3.8L) versus the factory unit, and a thicker core, second cooling row, and increased fluid capacity together drastically improve how much heat the system can absorb and dissipate. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology adds a further approximately 15% heat transfer improvement over regular oval welded tubes, and super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximise airflow through the core for the best possible cooling performance. A genuinely important consideration worth flagging: converting from the factory top-mount intercooler to a front-mount system moves the intercooler in front of the radiator, restricting airflow and increasing the temperature of the air flowing through it, a factor often overlooked, but one this radiator's larger capacity is specifically built to compensate for. 100% all-aluminium, TIG-welded construction increases overall strength, and the radiator mounts in the factory location with no modifications required.
