The 2-row, 42mm dual core uses CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. Rather than a regular oval "O"-shaped tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube shaped like a "B", carefully formed and brazed over the seam to seal. This increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes versus one large tube within the same space, and allows CSF to use thinner, lighter aluminium with better cooling efficiency, since this design is actually stronger than normal welded "O"-shaped tubes. High-efficiency, multi-louvered fins with a 6.5mm fin height are precisely aligned to maximise airflow through the core, with fin specifications carefully measured and wind-tunnel tested for this specific application. This part also carries more total cooling tubes than typical "performance" aluminium-tanked radiators, which are often little more than aluminium tanks bolted onto a traditional stock core. This is a true drop-in fit design requiring no modifications to install, with OE-style brackets all CNC machined and welded for genuine durability.
