CSF Ford GT 2005-2006 High-Performance Radiator

Many Ford GT owners know, or have discovered the hard way, that the factory radiator, heat exchanger, and optional transaxle (transmission oil) cooler were all discontinued by Ford several years ago. These parts are nearly impossible to find used, and when you can track one down, prices are genuinely staggering. CSF developed a complete modern cooling suite specifically to solve this, working closely with build partners on their SEMA-featured Ford GT projects, with each part modelled and improved using the latest cooling technology.

Due to the massive amount of heat generated by the supercharged V8, the factory radiator used a substantial 1-row, 68mm thick core, leaving little room to simply expand on that design. CSF matched that same 68mm thickness but with genuinely updated core technology, stepping up to a 2-row, 68mm core that significantly improves the ability to dissipate heat. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, a specially engineered "B"-shaped tube carefully formed and brazed over the seam, increases heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes, and between the four additional rows of cooling tubes/fins and the 2-row core, this radiator outperforms the OEM unit by a significant margin. 8mm tall, super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximise airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting, and can be paired with either the OE heat exchanger or CSF's own matching High-Performance Supercharger Heat Exchanger (#8365), sold separately.
