CSF Ford GT 2005-2006 High-Performance Heat Exchanger

The factory heat exchanger is fairly well matched to the GT's charge-air-cooler system, but there's genuine room for improvement, cooling technology has advanced considerably since these cars were designed in the early 2000s. This is especially true for owners who have upgraded to a larger supercharger, where the added heat load pushes the factory unit closer to its limits.

CSF's Supercharger Heat Exchanger features a 1-row, 31mm aluminium core using CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, a specially engineered "B"-shaped tube carefully formed and brazed over the seam, increasing heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. With approximately 32% more cooling tubes and fins than the factory unit, this heat exchanger significantly outperforms the OEM design in heat dissipation. 6.5mm tall, super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximise airflow through the core for the best possible performance, and genuinely important for what sits directly behind it, this also improves airflow reaching the radiator itself. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style inlet/outlet connections ensure a precise fit, and 100% all-aluminium, TIG-welded construction increases overall strength considerably over the factory design. The heat exchanger mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting to install.
