Few automotive marques carry the legacy of Ferrari, and the F430 represents a defining moment in the brand's history, marking the end of an era as the final mid-engine Ferrari offered with a manual transmission. As these iconic cars age, maintaining reliable cooling performance becomes increasingly important to preserve both performance and longevity. While OEM radiators remain available, their high cost and plastic end tank construction leave real room for improvement, and CSF developed this radiator specifically to answer that gap with a fully TIG-welded aluminium solution.

The core is significantly larger than the factory unit, a 2-row, 42mm aluminium design increasing fluid capacity while improving the core's ability to dissipate heat, using CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology to increase heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. The latest 5mm multi-louvered fins, introduced at the end of 2023, significantly increase heat exchange surface area for improved cooling efficiency and recovery while still maintaining good airflow, and this thinner fin design also allowed CSF to fit 12 additional cooling tubes and fin rows over the factory design. Combined, these changes increase overall heat transfer by up to 25%. Every radiator is finished in a hand-brushed satin black coating for a clean, OEM-style appearance, and is pressure and leak tested before leaving CSF's ISO-certified facility. Designed to fit both left and right sides, this radiator simplifies replacement and stocking considerably, and includes provisions for coolant temperature sensors on either side, supporting both OEM and aftermarket sensor options.
