Rather than a regular oval "O"-shaped tube, a specially engineered "B"-shaped tube is carefully formed and brazed over the seam, increasing heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% over regular tubes while allowing for thinner, lighter aluminium construction that's genuinely stronger than a normal welded design, delivering true dual liquid laminar flow. 6.5mm tall multi-louvered fins maximise surface area contact, and CNC-machined brackets and quick-connect fittings ensure a superb, durable fit. Every radiator undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic testing, vacuum decay, and life cycle testing, and is designed to always be a genuine drop-in fit, accepting all attaching OEM components including quick-connect hoses, A/C condenser, and mounting brackets.
