Rather than a regular oval "O"-shaped tube, a specially engineered "B"-shaped tube is carefully formed and brazed over the seam, increasing heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% over regular tubes while allowing for thinner, lighter aluminium construction that's genuinely stronger than a normal welded design, delivering true dual liquid laminar flow. An 8mm multi-louvered fin design maximises surface area contact, and CSF's unique triple-pass technology routes coolant through the core three times rather than just once, allowing ambient air to exchange heat with the coolant for three times longer and generating the lowest achievable outlet temperature. Tested on track in 100-degree Central California heat, coolant temperature on a C7 fitted with this radiator never exceeded 208°F. The radiator is designed with provisions for the OEM air guides, vents, surge tank, and fan assembly for a genuinely easy installation, with CNC-machined brackets and fittings, integrated all-aluminium race-style bleeder screws, and a one-hour mirror-finish hand polish.
