Charge air heat is a genuine limiting factor on the S58 once you push past stock - the factory heat exchanger works to remove heat from the charge air before it reaches the charge-air-cooler, and factory capacity isn't always sufficient during sustained fast driving or with forced-induction upgrades. CSF's Front Mount Heat Exchanger replaces the OEM unit with a high-performance, all-aluminium upgrade engineered to significantly reduce intake temperatures and improve airflow to the wider cooling system.

The 2-row, 42mm ultra-high-performance core uses CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, paired with 6.5mm multi-louvered fins for maximum surface area contact. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style quick-connect inlet/outlet fittings ensure a precise fit, while 100% all-aluminium TIG-welded construction offers genuine durability gains over the factory design. Included black rock guards (upper and lower) protect the core in this exposed front-mount position, and every unit is hand-polished for a genuinely premium finish alongside the performance upgrade.
