CSF BMW S58 M2/M3/M4 (G87/G80/G81/G82/G83) Charge Air Cooler Manifold

Feedback from the S58 community has revealed a genuine, well-documented weak point: the OEM charge-air-cooler core, crimped onto plastic end tanks, is prone to failure starting at just 27psi of boost pressure - a real limitation for anyone pushing power on this platform. CSF's "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold replaces it entirely with a single-piece, CNC-machined and TIG-welded billet aluminium manifold built around an ultra-high-performance, motorsport-grade bar-and-plate core pressure tested to 120psi.

Independent dyno testing recorded a ~30°F (17°C) reduction in intake air temperatures compared to OEM, with faster IAT recovery and less pressure drop across the core - putting genuinely less stress on the turbo system and allowing more boost to be run safely at higher power targets. A top-feed port injection system comes included, with a fuel rail and CNC-machined block-off caps for those not using it yet, plus individual nitrous/methanol injection ports on each runner for maximum tuning control.
