CSF BMW S55 M2 Competition / M3 (F80) / M4 (F82/F83) Engine Oil Cooler

The factory oil cooler on the S55 does a genuinely decent job in stock form - but once you start adding power and pushing the car in aggressive driving conditions, its limitations quickly show. As more owners have pushed the limits of this platform, CSF designed a new Engine Oil Cooler specifically to close that gap, engineered for the best possible performance while keeping factory-like fitment.

This is a genuinely unique design using CSF's AC condenser technology: a 1-row, super-high-pressure 16mm, 9-channel microtube provides optimal oil flow and maximum surface area contact, paired with 5.4mm tall multi-louvered fins - shorter than the OEM's 7mm fins, but engineered for better airflow efficiency through the core. By keeping the factory mounting location and relative dimensions, the factory ducting, shrouds, and top/bottom rubber seals are all reused with no modifications necessary, and the airflow is properly directed through the cooler exactly as BMW intended. A removable, replaceable rock guard is included for added protection in this exposed front-mounted position.
