The factory heat exchanger on the S55 is a genuine limiting factor once you push the platform hard - it's tasked with removing heat from the charge air before it reaches the charge-air-cooler, and factory capacity simply isn't sufficient for prolonged fast driving or forced-induction upgrades. CSF's Front Mount Heat Exchanger replaces the OEM unit with a high-performance, all-aluminium upgrade purpose-built to keep coolant temperatures consistently low, supporting stock and upgraded/oversized turbo applications alike.

The 2-row, 42mm core uses CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, paired with 6.5mm tall, ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins for maximum surface area contact. A dual-pass flow structure routes coolant across the core twice before exiting, for the lowest achievable outlet temperature in an OEM-style design.
