Multiple air dividers are cast directly into both the hot and cold side end tanks, optimising airflow through a custom-designed liquid-to-air intercooler core built using CFD analysis and testing. The core itself is 60% larger than the OEM cooler, using a left/right, cross-flow, dual-pass configuration with 2-stage water cooling - a fundamentally different, more effective layout than the OEM's single-pass vertical-flow design.
