CSF BMW B58 "No Limit" Billet Air-to-Air Competition Manifold

Once B58 builds started pushing past the 1500whp ceiling, even the best drop-in intercooled manifolds hit a hard limit - the intercooler core built into the manifold itself simply couldn't get any bigger. CSF's "No Limit" Billet Air-to-Air Competition Manifold solves this at the root by removing the charge cooler from the manifold entirely, freeing up space for a genuinely much larger external intercooler core mounted at the front of the vehicle - compatible with either Air-to-Water or Air-to-Air setups, both proven at the highest levels of competition.

Fully CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminium, the manifold features a CFD-optimised plenum and runner design with integrated velocity stacks for genuine airflow efficiency, plus a throttle body flange engineered to accept a larger 77mm S55 throttle body for maximum flow. Top-feed port injection is capable of running 6 or 12 injectors, with modular ports on each cylinder runner doubling as nitrous or methanol injection points, and two integrated sensor pads for additional parameters or vacuum sources. High-pressure O-ring sealed construction is rated to withstand over 100psi (7+ bar), and CSF's proprietary Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer is proven to lower intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%. This isn't theoretical performance - at TX2K 2026, in ambient temperatures consistently over 90°F, three S58 vehicles running this manifold posted 7-second quarter-mile times, including a new "Fastest BMW in the World" record at 7.67 seconds/183mph, and the first-ever street-driven M2 to break into the 7s at 7.84 seconds/178mph.
