The factory unit is a single-row core just 27mm thick - CSF's design uses the industry-exclusive world's largest 2-row core at 68mm, built with their B-Tube technology and 6.5mm multi-louvered fins. The defining feature is a unique triple-pass flow design: water travels through the core three times before exiting and returning to the manifold charge cooler, delivering the lowest possible outlet temperature - a genuine advantage over the OEM design and even more expensive aftermarket alternatives, all of which use a single-pass structure.
