CSF BMW B58 Gen 1 (M140I/M240I/340I/440I) Charge Air Cooler Manifold

Following the runaway success of CSF's Gen 2 "Super Manifold" for G-Chassis BMW and the Toyota Supra - with over 450 units sold, CSF received countless requests to bring the same design to the Gen 1 B58 F-Chassis platform. The wait is over: the Super Manifold is now available for the F-Series, with all the same industry-leading features and specs as the latest Gen 2 version, plus additional refinements for an even better fit and finish than earlier competing designs.

The OEM water-cooled charge-air-cooler intake manifold works fine on stock or lightly modified cars, but shows real weakness once bolt-on modifications, turbo upgrades, increased fueling, or performance tuning enter the picture - rising charge air temperatures forcing the ECU to cut power at exactly the wrong moment. CSF's manifold doubles the OEM core's cooling capacity with 12 rows of water cooling versus the factory's 6, alongside significantly lower pressure drop across the core, an integrated air divider for even airflow distribution, and easy access to the spin-off oil filter so you never need to remove the manifold for routine oil changes. Independent A/B dyno testing on a Stage 2 car making ~400whp (no port injection) showed a real-world gain of ~26whp and 11wtq from the manifold swap alone - with the performance delta growing larger as power increases.
