CSF Audi SQ7 / SQ8 Twin Intercooler Set

The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 in the SQ7/SQ8 starts to experience genuinely debilitating heat soak and progressively increasing intake air temperatures on the OEM intercoolers, forcing the ECU to pull engine timing and drastically decrease power output. Compounding this, a well-documented OEM O-ring design flaw has led many owners to replace them on otherwise stock systems, since failure causes boost leaks and triggers a check engine light, a surprising issue on such a relatively new vehicle.

It uses the same Formula-1 grade cores proven across CSF's other air-to-air systems for the Urus/RS Q8/Cayenne Turbo, Audi RS6/RS7, and Porsche 992 Turbo/S, eliminating heat soak and lowering intake air temperatures far more efficiently than traditional bar & plate designs. 100% TIG-welded machined billet aluminium end tanks replace the OEM's crimped plastic composite tanks entirely, a genuinely significant upgrade in both strength and durability, manufactured in the USA at PWR's own facility.
