A full titanium Evolution Line exhaust system for the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 and GLE 63 S (W167), 2020-2023, delivering genuine weight reduction alongside a deeper, more resonant sound than the factory system offers. The GLE 63 range represents genuine flagship performance within Mercedes' large SUV lineup, and Akrapovič's system is engineered to give that performance a voice that properly matches the substance underneath.

Complex components, including valve housings and collectors, are cast in Akrapovič's own in-house titanium foundry, a level of manufacturing precision that's difficult to replicate with off-the-shelf mandrel-bent pipework. The system retains dual-mode valve control, offering a refined, genuinely comfortable character at cruising speeds, ideal for a car that spends much of its life on family duty, before opening into a properly deep, sporty V8 tone under acceleration without introducing unwanted drone. Titanium construction throughout delivers a genuine weight saving over the factory steel exhaust, a real benefit given the substantial mass this large, capable SUV already has to manage.
