Akrapovič BMW X5M/X6M (F95/F96) 2019-2023 Slip-On Line Titanium Exhaust System

Constructed entirely from lightweight, high-grade titanium alloys and finished with two sets of carbon-fibre/titanium tailpipes, the Slip-On Line delivers a distinctive sound as you shift through the gears, combined with genuine power and torque gains and a real reduction in rear-end weight, all while meeting ECE type approval for street-legal compliance in regulated markets.

Complex components, including the valve housings and collectors running from the central muffler to the tailpipes, are cast in Akrapovič's own in-house titanium foundry. Two valves, one on each side of the muffler, tailor gas flow to produce the unmistakable Akrapovič sound, distinctly different from the factory system and most noticeable during gear shifts and acceleration. Independent dyno testing against a stock M Sport exhaust confirmed genuine gains of 12.1hp (8.9kW) at 2,400rpm and 35.4Nm of torque at 2,400rpm, alongside a weight reduction of 8.4kg over the factory setup.

Important installation note: fitting this system requires the stock exhaust to be cut, this is not a reversible bolt-on. Review the installation instructions carefully before starting.

Optional upgrades available: the Akrapovič Sound Kit offers full independent control over the exhaust valves, separate from the car's drive mode, though fitting it will invalidate ECE type approval. An Evolution Link Pipe set (Titanium) is also available for further gas flow refinement, though this requires mandatory ECU remapping and also voids type approval.
