Akrapovič BMW M5 (G90/G99) Evolution Line Titanium Exhaust System

Constructed entirely from high-grade lightweight titanium, this Evolution Line system delivers unmatched performance, genuine weight reduction, and the signature Akrapovič sound. Complex components, including the X-connection and specially designed collectors, are cast in Akrapovič's own in-house titanium foundry, engineered specifically for the naturally-aspirated character of this platform.

This system eliminates exhaust valves entirely, instead relying on increased tube diameter, acoustic reflectors, a tuned resonator, and the X-connection, where gases from both sides of the engine mix, to create a genuinely deep, sporty tone across all drive modes. A damping element built into the link pipe further refines sound quality and comfort, delivering a unique blend of aggression and everyday driveability. Independent dyno testing confirmed genuine gains of 8.5kW (11.5hp) at 6,150rpm and 15.6Nm of torque at 2,250-2,550rpm, alongside a substantial 41.1% weight reduction (15.44kg lighter) than the standard stock exhaust. Installation is straightforward, genuinely plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required.

Please note: fitment with the OEM BMW M Performance carbon diffuser, or other aftermarket diffusers, is not officially confirmed by Akrapovič. Tailpipe clearance may be tight and could result in contact under aggressive driving.
